Gold prices today, 13 June 2020: Gold prices in Indian markets are choppy on Saturday. With the improvement of economic activities across the globe, gold prices seem to have surged in domestic markets. While the silver prices have decreased by Rs. 40 to Rs 48,460 per kg. The factors that affect the gold prices are inflation, global market price changes, gold reserves at the central banks, interest rates, jewellery market, geopolitical tensions, trade wars.
The gold price in Delhi per ten gram of 22 carats is decreased by Rs.90 grams to Rs. 46,060 and that of ten-gram of 24 carat is also decreased by Rs. 90 to Rs. 47,260. While in Chennai, the gold prices with an increase of Rs.10 stood at Rs. 45,380 and Rs. 49,510.
Coming to the Kolkata, the yellow metal has stood at Rs. 46,260 and Rs. 47,760 per ten gram of 22 carat and 24 carat gold with a hike of Rs. 10. The gold prices in the commercial capital Mumbai have seen a fall of Rs. 690 for both 22 carat and 24 carat taking the prices to Rs. 45,410 and Rs. 46,410.
