Gold prices today hikes in Delhi, Chennai, and Mumbai - 09 June 2020
Gold prices today on 09 June 2020: Gold rates in domestic markets today on Tuesday continued to rise due to the increase of prices in the International markets. On the other hand, silver prices have also surged by Rs. 30 per kg taking the rate to 47,440. In the global market, the gold rates have been fluctuating amid China-US tensions and fall in rupee. However, with the ease of lockdown, the gold and silver rates are on rise.
Going by the rates at major centres, the gold rates in national capital Delhi increased by Rs. 90 to Rs. 45,100 per ten gram of 22 carat and the ten gram of 24 carat gold is also increased by Rs. 90 to Rs. 46,300.
The gold rates in Chennai have been hiked by Rs. 70 to Rs. 44,350 per ten gram of 22 carat gold and Rs. 48,420 per ten gram of 24 carat gold with a increase of Rs. 60.
In Kolkata, the gold rates have slashed by Rs. 10 per ten gram of 22 carat to Rs. 45,600 and while ten gram of 24 carat remained stable at Rs. 47,100. While in the commercial capital Mumbai, the rates have increased by Rs. 110 rounding it to Rs. 44,740 per ten gram of 22 carat and Rs. 110 increased per ten gram of 24 carat gold to Rs. 45,740.
