Gold rates today sees a hike in Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai - 08 June 2020

Gold rates today on 08 June 2020: Gold rates in domestic markets today on Monday have seen a rise due to the increase of prices in the International markets. On the other hand, silver prices have also surged by Rs. 10 per kg taking the rate to 47,420. In the global market, the gold rates have been choppy amid China-US tensions and fall in rupee. However, with the situation of Coronavirus outbreak is minimising, the gold and silver rates would be on rise.

Going by the rates at major centres, the gold rates in national capital Delhi increased by Rs. 10 to Rs. 45,020 per ten gram of 22 carat and the ten gram of 24 carat gold is also increased by Rs. 10 to Rs. 46,220.

The gold rates in Chennai have been hiked by Rs. 10 to Rs. 44,290 per ten gram of 22 carat gold and Rs. 48,370 per ten gram of 24 carat gold with a increase of Rs. 10.

In Kolkata, the gold rates have surged by Rs. 10 per ten gram of 22 carat to Rs. 45,620 and Rs. 20 surged for ten gram of 24 carat to Rs. 47,120. While in the commercial capital Mumbai, the rates have increased by Rs. 10 rounding it to Rs. 44,640 per ten gram of 22 carat and Rs. 10 increased per ten gram of 24 carat gold to Rs. 45,640.
