Hyderabad: T-Hub startups to get NALSAR support
Hyderabad: T-Hub, a city-based business incubation centre, on Wednesday said it signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NALSAR (National Academy of Legal Studies and Research University of Law), to provide legal and compliance support to entrepreneurs.
The partnership will be executed by CLEAR (Centre for Law, Entrepreneurship and Action Research), an entity of NALSAR. T-Hub said, under this agreement, it will provide an office space for Clear members to function a helpdesk.
Through this helpdesk, startups will get to engage with the NALSAR and Clear teams on business managerial, legal and regulatory matters, it added. Ravi Narayan, CEO, T-Hub, said: "Our partnership with NALSAR will able startups with guidance throughout their journey. Also, startups will get advisory and consultancy services on a case-to-case basis from subject matter experts at T-Hub and NALSAR."
The CEO further said, the startups will be guided with setting up of the corporate entity, setting up foreign entities, creating the right relationship between those entities, intellectual property rights (IPR) protection and shareholders agreements."
Besides, they will also get the support in registering their entities in the initial stages, structuring transactions, complying with regulations, filing taxes, handling closures, entering into contracts and dealing with legal intricacies, he added.
