Market: Gold witnessed a big rise while Silver jumps slightly on December 1
The gold price jumped high on December 1. In the Hyderabad market, the price of Gold for a ten-gram and 24-carat gold is plunged by Rs 2660 on Sunday. This raised the price to Rs 39,770. With the wedding season ahead, the market experts attributed the rise in demand from buyers to desi jewellers, including the internationally strong trend.
While the gold price of 10 grams and 22-carat also rose by Rs. 240. This brought the price up to Rs 36,460. On the other hand, silver also followed the same trend of Gold, and the price has increased by Rs 300 to Rs 46,650.
There is the same trend in the national capital Delhi with a hike in gold prices. Ten grams of 24-carat gold has moved upwards by Rs 200, making it to Rs. 38,400. At the same time, 10 grams and 22 carats of Gold rose by Rs 200, which raised the price to Rs. 37,200.
The price of a kg of silver rose by Rs. 200 to Rs 46,650. This is due to the rise in demand from industrial units and coin makers. The similar trends appeared in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam as well.
The price of gold has risen in the international market. It rose 0.65 percent to $ 1,470.30 an ounce. Silver, meanwhile, rose 0.28 per cent to $ 17.10 an ounce.
