No Entry for EMIs on Traffic Challans: HDFC Bank
Recently after the introduction of new Motor Vehicles Act 2019 Bill (Amendment) which has resulted in increased traffic challans. HDFC bank has insisted people to follow traffic rules as they will not be providing any EMIs option to pay them.
HDFC banks help their customers with various services and EMI options. It also helps its clients from the hassles of standing in long queues, writing cheques, filling challans in four copies or visiting a collecting bank. But after the Motor Vehicles Act, 2019 bill was passed, it wants its customers to strictly follow the traffic rules.
HDFC took it to Twitter to announce the same, check out the tweet.
The new #MotorVehiclesAct2019 Bill (Amendment) has increased traffic challans. Follow #TrafficRules because we do not provide EMIs to pay them. For all other payments, there is #HDFCBank #EasyEMI.

Recently Parliament passed the amendments to the Motor Vehicle Act which came into effect from September 1, 2019. Driving blunders will charge a bomb and it may also cost you the same or more than your monthly fuel bill.
A notification was issued by the transport ministry on August 28, 2019, listing out all the rules that came into effect from September 1, 2019.
