Noida: BPCL Launches FillNow App That Delivers Diesel At Doorstep

BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited) has commenced its first portable fuel station at Sector 95, Noida. Units like housing societies, malls and industries who regularly buy diesel in bulk can now order fuel at their doorstep with this app.

News citing sources close to the matter have reported that the operation will soon be expanded to other locations also. The main motto behind is to help industries and big institutions that are unable to carry fuel in safe and metered containers.

The FillNow app is currently available for both Android and iOS platforms as well. Now with the help of FillNow app, buyers can order fuel whenever they need. But there is a condition to avail the service; one has to buy a minimum of 100 litres of diesel. Once someone places the order, the delivery truck will reach the BPCL dealer with all the necessary information of the customer. The customer will be notified through SMS before the truck arrives at the location, and payment can be made both online and offline.

The company has teamed up with Shaheed Ramendra Pratap Singh petrol pump in Sector 95 which will supply the fuel. The fuel delivery vehicle is compliant to the latest Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation standards. It has also got a mobile fuel dispenser along with a 4000-litre tank. Geo-sensing technology feature is also available, which will help to keep it locked until it reaches the location to be delivered.
