Petrol and diesel prices today 11 June 2020: Petrol and diesel prices on Thursday has witnessed a hike on the fifth consecutive day after the oil companies started revising the prices on daily basis. Petrol has increased by Rs. 2.13 and diesel by Rs. 2.23. The fuel prices have increased by oil companies to get through the losses incurred in the last two months due to lockdown imposed and fall in crude oil prices internationally.

The petrol and diesel prices at four major centres, in Hyderabad, petrol is sold at Rs. 76.82 with 60 paise hike and diesel at Rs. 70.59 with a hike of 59 paise and in Chennai, petrol price per litre hiked by paise, which will now cost Rs. 77.96 per litre with 53 paise hike whereas diesel is priced at Rs. 70.64 per litre with hike of 51 paise.

Petrol and diesel prices in the national capital of Delhi have witnessed a hike of 60 paise to Rs 74.00 per litre and diesel prices have also hiked by 60 paise at Rs.72.22. The situation is similar in Mumbai with petrol prices being hiked at 58 paise to 80.98 and the diesel prices remained at Rs.70.92 with a rise of 57 paise.

The petrol and diesel prices mentioned above are due at 8 in the morning, which are subjected to change hourly.
