Petrol and diesel prices hike for thirteenth day in Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, 19 June 2020
Petrol and Diesel prices today, 19 June 2020: Petrol and Diesel prices have continued to increase the prices for the thirteenth consecutive day after State-owned oil marketing companies started revising the petrol and diesel prices on daily basis. On the other hand, the petrol and diesel prices have increased due to the hike in the VAT and cess by the central government.
Going by prices, petrol was increased by 59 paise per litre and diesel by 61 paise per litre in Hyderabad taking the prices to Rs. 81.36 and Rs. 75.31
In Chennai, the petrol price per litre costs Rs. 81.82 per litre with 50 paise hike whereas diesel is priced at Rs. 74.77 per litre with a hike of 54 paise.
Petrol and diesel prices in the national capital of Delhi have witnessed a hike of 56 paise to Rs 78.37 per litre and diesel prices have also hiked by 63 paise at Rs.77.06. The situation is similar in Mumbai with petrol prices being hiked at 55 paise to 85.21. and the diesel prices remained at Rs.75.53 with a rise of 60 paise.
