Petrol and diesel prices today left unchanged in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai - 07 June 2020
Petrol and diesel prices on 07 June 2020: Petrol and diesel prices continue to remain unchanged with fall in crude oil prices a couple of months back. The crude oil prices have soared in the international market with Brent crude oil rose by 4.95 per cent to $ 41.97 a barrel while WTI crude oil rose 4.12 per cent to $ 38.95 a barrel. However, there is hike in VAT and Cess by central government on fuel prices.
Petrol and diesel prices have remained the same in the national capital of Delhi with rates at Rs 71.26 per litre petrol and diesel prices have also stabled at Rs.69.39. The situation is similar in Mumbai, the commercial capital. Petrol and diesel prices remained stable at Rs.76.31 and Rs 66.21 per litre.
In Hyderabad, petrol is now sold at ₹73.97 and diesel at ₹67.82 and in Chennai, petrol price per litre will cost ₹75,66 per litre whereas diesel prices is at ₹68.33 per litre.
The petrol and diesel prices mentioned above are due at 8 in the morning and petroleum companies revise the petrol and diesel prices on the basis of crude oil prices in the international market. Against this backdrop, prices are subjected to change regularly.
