SBI organises property show

Hyderabad: The State Bank of India organized a property show at Hyndava Nimantran Convention, Kompally this weekend on August 3-4.

Om Prakash Mishra, Chief General Manager inaugurated the expo with more than 20 builders displaying more than 50 residential projects from Kompally and nearby area participating in the expo.

SBI is reaching out to developer community and bringing convenience to customers to walk in to select their dream home and walk out with home loan in-principle sanction letter.

The Bank is planning to conduct similar property shows in localities like Kukatpally, Madhapur, Uppal etc.

The Bank has launched a new product in which interest rate is linked to REPO rates announced by RBI from time to time. With PMAY in place, customers can avail up to 2.67 lakhs of interest subsidy with Home Loan.

Reputed builders like SuchirIndia, Incor, NCL homes, Janapriya, Harihara, Saket and many more have participated with their multiple projects in the expo.
