Sumadhura unveils 300 crore residential project in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Sumadhura Group, a leading realty company with presence in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, on Friday announced the launch of premium residential project called Sumadhura Horizon at Kondapur in Hitech City in Hyderabad.

The 300-crore high-rise project is spread over 5.04 acre with 72 percent open space, offering 486 apartments with 2, 3 and 3.5 BHK configurations. The project will comprise four high-rise towers with apartment sizes ranging from 1,325 sft to 2710 sft and priced at Rs 5,999 per sft.

"This project offers an array of amenities catering to the entire spectrum of customers, from aspiring yet quality conscious local population to NRIs and investors alike. The 18-storey apartment complex is designed to offer optimal-sized living spaces, luxury, comfort and functionality for residents to experience modern-day living. The luxurious gated community in Kondapur is strategically located close to top-notch IT Parks, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, major retails, five-star hotels, premium restaurants and entertainment destinations, he added.

This is the second project that the realty group launched in Hyderabad in last three years. In 2016, the group unveiled Sumadhura Acropolis, also a Rs 300-crore residential project, in Gachibowli in the city. The 32-floor high-rise property has 564 residential units and is scheduled to be completed by December this year.
