Toracabs rolls out service in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Toracabs Technology Services Private Limited (TTSPL), a technology company on Tuesday said it has kickstarted last mile cab hailing service in the city with over 11,000 cab drivers as partners.

The Hyderabad specific cab service is at present known for its zero surge on fares for customers and no commission for the driver partners. Also, the company said the app comes with safety feature integrated with the Hyderabad Police Hawkeye.

Santhi Mande, Managing Director, Toracabs Technology Services Pvt Ltd, said: "Tora was born with a vision to bring about a change in the cab hailing industry. Currently we have more than 11,000 cab partners.

With these number of cabs available on the roads, passengers will always have cab availability which will reduce the wait time considerably."

Mande further informed that the drivers will only be charged based on per usage fees, which starts at Rs 199 per day, 199 x6 for seven days, and 199 x 25 for a month.
