In a See- Saw game YSRCP nominee Kakani Govardhan Reddy is leading 127 votes against his TDP political rival Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy in Sarvepalle constituency.

In two rounds Kakani Govardhan Reddy secured 22,928 votes, while Chandramohan Reddy got 22,801 votes.
