AP Govt Gives 12 Month Remuneration to Contract Lecturers

Andhra Pradesh news: AP Government assured to provide remuneration for 12 months instead of 10 months for 2020-21 to the contractual lecturers in various colleges, on Sunday.

The Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has agreed to the request of 5,042 contract lecturers working in government Junior Colleges, Polytechnic Colleges, Degree Colleges and Private Oriental Colleges in the State. The office of the chief minister has informed in a Statement that Jagan reacted positively towards giving remuneration for 12 months instead of 10 months for 2020-21.

Concerned authorities would release the required orders to implement this decision as early as possible, sources added.
