AP High Court has put temporary break on shifting of executive capital from Amaravati to Visakhapatnam

A three-member bench said that staus quo should be maintained in regard to Gazette on cancelling CRDA and decentralization of administration. It has asked the government to file counter before August 14. Government likely to take the stand that it was not shifting capital and would develop the farmers land in Amaravati.
