Coronavirus: Telangana records 8 deaths, 253 new cases

Coronavirus in Telangana: As many as eight people died due to Coronavirus and 253 were tested Covid-19 positive in Telangana till 9 pm on Saturday. With this increase, the total number of Coronavirus positive cases in the State has increased to 4,737 while death toll increased to 182.

According to the Media Bulletin issued by the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, of 253 new cases, as many as 179 cases were registered from Greater Hyderabad, 24 from Sangareddy; 14 from Medchal; 11 from Ranga Reddy; 4 from Mahabubnagar; two cases each from Warangal Rural, Warangal Urban, Karimnagar, Nalgonda, Mulugu, Sircilla and Mancherial and one case each from Siddipet, Khammam, Medak, Nizamabad, Nagarkurnool, Kamareddy and Jagityal.
