Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said there should be no negligence in serving the farmers. On Monday, he held a review meeting with officials from the Food, Civil Supplies and Agriculture Departments on the procurement of grain and other crops at the camp office in Tadepalli.
