Adhvithi Shetty to play one of three female leads in 'Sugar Factory'

Bengaluru: Adhvithi Shetty will be the second female lead star of Deepak Aras's upcoming directorial 'Sugar Factory'. Starring Krishna, this comedy entertainer will feature three females in lead roles including Sonal Monteiro and Adhvithi Shetty. The team is currently in the process of finalising the third actress.

According to the reports, Advithi Shetty who is currently busy with three projects like Iravan, which stars Karthik in lead and yet-to-be-titled film starring Dharma Keerthiraj, which is being directed by Ramesh. Adhvithi has also signed a suspense thriller, for which she is left with four days of shooting.

It is learnt that the title 'Sugar Factory' is drawn from the name of a pub in the film and director Deepak Aras has come up with a unique script filled with humour. The team will start shoot in January, and Adhvithi will be joining them in February.

'Sugar Factory' is being produced by Girish Runder. Deepak Aras is the brother of actor, Amulya, and has previously directed Manasology. Now Deepak Aras himself is writing the story, and Chethan Kumar is penning the dialogues. Kabir Rafi will compose music and camerawork will be handled by Santhosh Rai Pathaje. The makers had initially planned to shoot the film in Bengaluru, but have now finalised locations in Mysuru, Goa, and outside India as well.
