Akshay Kumar lends his support to the flood victims

The untimely rains are severely affecting the people of various parts of the country. There were floods in Bihar which costed many people's lives and a lot of property damage. The money is being pooled in for the relief fund and Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has done his bit for it.

Akshay donated a total of Rs. 1 crore for the rehabilitation of flood victims. His team distributed the cheques of Rs. 4 lakhs to the 25 affected families across Bihar. He gave the cheques earlier this month and did his part to support the people in need.

On the career front, Akshay recently came up with Housefull 4 which released last week and is having a good run at the box office. He also has other films like Good News, Sooryavanshi and Laxmmi Bomb lined up for the releases in the coming months.
