Akshay Kumar releases clips form Interview with PM Narendra Modi

Akshay Kumar donned the journalist hat when he for the first time interviewed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The actors shared clips from the conversation on his Twitter account on Tuesday.

Earlier Akshay Kumar shared a tweeted saying he is charting into unknown territory and is excited about it, which lead to fans contemplating him contesting in 2019 elections. But the Kesari star quickly denied it in a followed tweet. However, he did ask his fans to stay tuned and today released a few clips from his interview with PM Narendra Modi. He shared two tweeted and attached videos to them. Both show the two of them interacting in a lawn, talking about family and cracking jokes.

Akshay's tweet read, "Do you ever wonder whether PM Modi manages to laugh during the heat of the election campaign? You'll get the answer tomorrow at 9am @ANI, in an informal and non-political conversation that I got the chance to do with @narendramodi ji. Do watch!"

He also shared another tweet which confirmed reports that the interview will not discuss any political matter, he wrote, "While the whole country is talking elections and politics, here's a breather. Privileged to have done this candid and COMPLETELY NON POLITICAL freewheeling conversation with our PM @narendramodi . Watch it at 9AM tomorrow via @ANI for some lesser known facts about him!"
