Last week, Kalki Koechlin and gorgeous Guy Hershberg turned parents, welcoming the renowned Greek author, a baby girl they called Sappho. The actress opted for a delivery of natural water birth and introduced her fans to her' doula' in an Instagram post, which helped her with the birth process. Sharing a picture from the time she was in the' transitional' phase of labour, Kalki explained the whole process on Instagram in detail.

The actress expresses her never-ending gratitude towards her 'Doula' who helped her throughout the labour and delivery. Doula, as Kalki informs, is Greek for 'a woman's maid', but in today's age, she is more of 'a support system for women during the process of pregnancy, labour and post partem care', she added.
