Looking Forward To Working with Alia Bhatt And Sanjay Leela Bhansali Says Salman Khan
Superstar Salman Khan just confirmed his next collaboration with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali after 2 decades, also starring Alia Bhatt, says he is looking forward to working with both.
Salman Khan took to his social media profile and confirmed the film and wrote, "It's been 20 years but I am glad Sanjay and I are finally back in his next film, Inshallah. Looking forward to work with Alia and inshallah we will all be blessed on this journey. #Inshallah #SLB @aliaa08 @bhansali_produc @SKFilmsOfficial"
Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali first collaborated for a musical drama Khamoshi in 1996 and after that Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam in 1999, the actor played a cameo in Saawariya in 2007, but now actor and filmmaker are uniting for a romantic caper.
The official handle of Bhansali Productions also confirmed the film. It said, "Finally all speculations and wait end as 2019 brings together #SLB, @BeingSalmanKhan and @aliaa08 in his next film, #Inshallah. Apart from Inshallah, Salman Khan will soon be seen in Bharat, which is an upcoming drama film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and jointly produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Nikhil Namit and Salman Khan.
The film also stars Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Grover and Shashank Arora.
Bharat is scheduled for a theatrical release on 5 June 2019 on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, this is an official adaptation of the 2014 South Korean film Ode to My Father.
