​Welcome Parineeti Chopra Onboard for Saina Nehwal Biopic – Bhushan Kumar

T-series head honcho Bhushan Kumar just welcomed Parineeti Chopra onboard the Saina Nehwal Biopic, the role was earlier offered to Shraddha Kapoor, but she has been replaced by Kesari actress.

Bhushan Kumar just took to his social media profile and tweeted, "Delighted to welcome @ParineetiChopra on board for the Saina Nehwal biopic! #AmoleGupte @NSaina @deepabhatia11 @sujay_jairaj @TSeries"

One of the much-awaited films of the year was a biopic based on the life of Indian Badminton Champ, Saina Nehwal. The role was to be essayed by Shraddha Kapoor, in fact, the makers also dropped the first look as well but unfortunately, things didn't seem to work out and now Parineeti Chopra has been roped in for the titular role.

Shraddha Kapoor has decided to drop out of Saina Nehwal biopic and Parineeti Chopra has been roped in to play the shuttler.

Shraddha has backed out from the film due to scheduling issues. This year, Shraddha is doing back to back films. As of now, she is busy shooting for Chhichorre and then will be shooting for Street Dancer 3D post which her much awaited Saaho will be releasing. Thus, she was not able to commit dates to Saina Nehwal biopic.

Parineeti Chopra will soon start training for the role and once ready, she will shoot for the film.

Currently, Parineeti Chopra is promoting her forthcoming historic drama Kesari, also starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role.
