Wish to work more and I think I can: Jackie Shroff
Jackie Shroff says he wishes to work more and thinks he can do it, after the appreciation he has received for recent roles.
Shroff interacted with media during the Critics Choice Films Award over the weekend.
Jackie Shroff who impressed the audience with his performance in John Abraham's Romeo Akbar Walter also garnered a lot of praise for his role in the web series, 'Criminal Justice' starring Vikrant Massey.
When asked how it feels about receiving praise for both the roles he said, "I am glad my work is being appreciated. I wish to work more and I think I can do it. I am very grateful for the love and support received for my character in Romeo Akbar Walter (RAW) . I am glad that the audience accepted me in that role, and so thankful that security seed that was planted ages ago how has been a full grown tree under which we are all safe now."
Jr. Shroff, Tiger recently release a song from his upcoming film, titled, 'Gili Gili Akkha' is a recreated version of RD Barman's classic original of the same name. While introducing the song, Tiger had said it is Jackie's favorite song when asked how he likes the new tune to it, he said, "The combination they have created with RD Burman's original song is very nice. And I think the young generation today should know all the old songs and it is great that such iconic songs are being taken into new films and are recreated."
Jackie was seen as the RAW chief in the previous film and will be seen next in the Hindi remake of 'Prasthanam' alongside Ali Fazal and Sanjay Dutt.
