Darbar completes censor; runtime gets fixed

There will be a festive environment in the entire country whenever a film of Superstar Rajinikanth gets released. Last year, the star hero came up with Petta and scored a super-hit. This time, he is coming with Darbar which is hitting the screens on this 9th, as a Pongal festive treat. Directed by AR Murugadoss, this film is having a simultaneous release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

As this is the first venture in the combination of Murugadoss and Rajinikanth, there are high expectations on it. Already, the trailer has got a great response from the viewers. After a long time, Rajini is playing the role of a cop and that too with a few negative shades attached to it. On the whole, the makers are terming the film as a perfect festival package.

The film has got done with its censor works today. The board has awarded a U/A certificate to the film. The team is happy with the censor talk as well. The runtime got locked at 2 hours 239 minutes. Now, all the works are almost done and the movie is set for the grand release. Star actress Nayanthara played the female lead in this action entertainer.
