K Balu's Demise Creates A Vacuum In Kollywood

Well known Tamil Producer K Balu has passed away. The filmmaker had been infected with Coronavirus but sources say that he died of heart attack. His final obsequies will be conducted at Besant Nagar in Chennai.

K Balu, who had a Production house by name KP Films had produced some hit Tamil movies. He was also a co-producer for some movies and had even worked as a distributor.

A pall of gloom has descended on Kollywood following the news of the sad demise of the producer. "Shocked to hear about the demise of K Balu. His death has created a void in the film industry. Let his soul rest in peace. condolences to his family from me and my family members" thus tweeted the actor Sharath Kumar.

National award winner producer Dhananjay has tweeted saying that he is very much shocked by the sad news and has prayed for his soul to rest in peace.

K Balu had produced movies like 'Chinna Thambi ' in 1991 and 'Pandi Dorai' in 1992. He also Produced "Pachalunkurichi' in 1996.
