Thalapathy Vijay's Financial Commitment To Master Distributors

Thalapathy Vijay's Master is gearing up to hit screens. The movie starring Malavika Mohanan and Vijay Sethupathi is directed by Kaithi director Lokesh Kanagaraj. The earlier date set for its theatrical release was April 9. Unfortunately, the Kollywood movie didn't see the light of the day due to the pandemic lockdown because of which all the theatres shut.

Now with the release of movies further delayed considering the social distancing rules set by the government, the distributors are worried about the fortunes of Vijay's Master at Box Office.

We all know that the Kollywood movie featuring Vijay is bankrolled by Vijay's kin Xavier Britto's XB creators and distributed by Lalit Kumar's Seven Screen Studios. To allay fears of the distributors running into losses, the Kollywood actor is believed to have assured them that he would work in another Lalit Kumar movie. Isn't that good? This should come as a relief for the distributors who are worried about the current state of affairs in the country following the coronavirus pandemic.

Meanwhile, fans of Vijay and Sethupathi are awaiting the trailer release of the movie Master which according to a crew member promises to be interesting. Master also features Andrea Jeremiah, Shantanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das and Ramya Subramaniam. Stay tuned for updates.
