Thalapathy Vijay was back on the sets of his upcoming movie Master, a day after he was summoned to his Chennai residence by the Income Tax department officials in connection with unaccounted transactions between the actor and the producer of his last movie Bigil, Anbu.
Master is being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and has created a lot of buzz with its posters featuring Vijay's look and another showing the faceoff between Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi.
Fans were waiting with bated breath to find out about Vijay after the IT raids. To appease his fans, the Kollywood Thalapathy took a selfie in Neyveli and posted on the picture on his Twitter timeline. This impromptu act of Vijay has sent his fans into a frenzy. Only yesterday in the Parliament, DMK leader Dayanidhi Maran came out in support of Vijay saying that the IT department was letting go of big fish like Rajinikanth even after their movie profits ran into crores and targeting faceless actors like Vijay.
On the other hand, Maran's backing of the Kollywood actor has come in for a lot of praise from his fans who are also alleging that raid at Vijay's house was politically motivated.
