Kylie Jenner Loses Billionaire Tag Despite Being Forbes Highest Paid Celebrity

Kylie Jenner rules social media and she's the queen of Instagram. Be it the number of followers or the likes her posts garner on social media, no celebrity can match that. Her bold pictures, makeup tips, fashion mantra are all closely followed by her fans who look up to her a young fashion icon.

Kylie is known for her cosmetic line and as per Forbes report, the social media topper is believed to earned a whopping $590 million last year from the sale of 51% stake. But what's disappointing for her fans is that with Kylie selling 51% stake of her cosmetic line to Coty, she has lost her billionaire tag which she held last year. Kylie is just a millionaire now, says the Forbes report.

Forbes released the highest-paid celebrities list and guess who tops the list? None other than Kylie Jenner, at No.2 is Kanye West. Messi and Federer are among sports stars whose names figure among the Forbes top 10 highest-paid celebrities list this year.

Kylie Jenner is half sister of the famous socialite, TV celebrity and actress Kim Kardashian. Incidentally, the top 2 in the highest-paid celebrity list, Kanye happens to be Kim Kardashian's husband and is estimated to have earned $170 million, majority of which came for his Yeezy sneaker brand deal from Adidas. West is also topped the highest-earning musician list followed by Elton John who earned a whopping $81 million, thanks to his extended farewell tour.
