Vinod Raj whose world revolves around his mother Leelavathi, doesn't use any social media platforms as he never felt there was a need to be on them.

But as per latest reports, a few miscreants have reportedly created a fake account in the name of Vinod Raj and texting the actors and actresses to send money.

Vinod Raj who came to know about this, has lodged a complaint with the cyber police. "My mother and I are busy with our lives. We spend all our time in the fields. Our lives revolve around nature, hospital, and village. I don't know anything about social media. But somebody has opened an account in my name. I came to know about this only when Sai Prakash called and informed me about it," said the actor. "Do not create problems for artists like this and bring disrepute to us for no reason. We have already seen enough hardships in our life. Do not further agonize us. Let police take action against whoever has done this," said Vinod Raj.

The former Kannada actor who would once play lead role in Kannada movies, is busy cultivating his land in Milana Halli near Nelamangala. He is now gearing up to make a re-entry into cinemas, it is learnt. As per reports, Vinod Raj is likely to work in a movie titled "Mukhavaada".

We also hear that Leelavathi's farm caught fire and a lot of trees and plants got burnt in the inferno causing a huge loss. Vinod Raj and his friends strived a lot to put off the fire. Leelavathi was grief-stricken after this mishap.

This is not the first time that their farm caught fire. It has happened before too causing a lot of damage to their properties. Recently, Vinod Raj was robbed of about one lakh rupees when he was carrying money to pay his labourers. It appears as if these are all well organized crimes.
