Jr Sathyaraj's dubbed movie hits a huge 2 crore views on TV

Sibi Raj, son of ' Kattappa' Sathyaraj has created an unexpected record. In his tweet on Monday, he refers to his 2014 Tamil film dubbed as 'Police aur Tiger' being watched by over two crore people on TV media and has thanked the film crew for it. According to him, in the last week, it was the maximum watched film on the Indian television medium.

Released six years ago, with Sibi Raj and Arundhati in the lead, the film was produced by Sathyaraj and is an inspiration from an English film released in 1989. The director Shakti Soundar Rajan has directed only seven films till date and is a sci-fi specialist.

Recently, this website had reported about how Telugu actor Sundeep Kishan's 2017 Tamil film had received great viewership on YouTube in its Hindi dubbed avatar. The film ' Project Z' had reached two million views, a major achievement given that it had a very average response when released in the theatres, three years ago.
