Odeya Second Day Collections: Darshan Movie Mints Gold On Day 2 At Box Office

Darshan's Odeya hit the marquee across the world on Thursday. The film, the Kannada remake of the Tamil hit Veeram which had Ajith in the lead role, is running successfully in all centres. The movie is a family drama with elements of comedy and action which has connected well with he masses. Odeya is bankrolled by Sandesh N. The film has an impressive star cast including the likes of Avinash, Devraj, Sadhu Kokila and Chikkanna. The film has opened to a thumping response from the audience and the weekend collections are expected to add to the already impressive figures at the box office.

Darshan had three releases this year, Yajamana and Kurukshetra both of which were stupendous hits at the box office. His latest movie Odeya which racked up a whopping Rs 3crores at the box office is said to have added another 4+ crores at the box office on day 2. If the numbers continue this way, Sandalwood Challenging star Darshan is sure to taste hattrick success this year. The question is will it happen? We will know by end of this week.
