Prajwal Devaraj Distributes PPE Kits To Karnataka Police On Birthday

Prajwal Devaraj turned a year older today. Like every other actor, Prajwal too decided to keep the celebrations low key in view of the coronavirus pandemic. Instead of having a grand celebration, he chose to do something meaningful this year.

We all know that there is a severe dearth of protective gear for frontline workers including doctors, cops and journalists who are no less than warriors or soldiers. They are even risking their lives to attend to their call of duty. While the government doesn't have enough supply of the PPE kits, a lot of philanthropists are coming forward to do their bit.

Prajwal Deveraj chose his birthday to secure the lives of policemen whose work has doubled ever since the coronavirus lockdown was put into place.

While a lot of cops have succumbed to the virus in Maharashtra, Karnataka cops too aren't safer. A lot of personnel from the Karnataka police force have been infected with the virus.

So Prajwal decided to donate PPE kits to the Karnataka police. He joined hands with his Inspector Vikram team to do this.

Incidentally. Inspector Vikram is also the title of hat trick hero Shivarjkumar movie which had Kavya as the lead actress. The movie did quite well and Shivanna's performance received rave reviews.
