Udupi rolls out red carpet for Bigg Boss Kannada winner Shine Shetty

Kannada TV reality show Bigg Boss wound up after its successful seventh season. Host Sudeep did a brilliant job of presenting the show. He was known to share a great rapport with members of the house but also good at handling the contestants and knew exactly when to praise them or reprimand them. That Sudeep is a talented actor is no news but him handling a controversial TV show like Bigg Boss is no mean feat.

Anyway, as in every season's housemates were locked up inside the glasshouse for over 100 days during which their every conversation and behaviour was recorded.

Shine Shetty emerged as the winner of Kannada Bigg Boss 7 after beating other contestants.

He recently paid a visit to his hometown Ahrady near Kundapur, Udupi in Karnataka. This was his first visit after his Bigg Boss win and we hear Shine Shetty got a rousing reception in his hometown. Stardom is not new to Shine Shetty as he has appeared in a Kannada movie before. The film's titled Ka. He was even featured in the Tulu flick Kudla Cafe which hit theatres around 201.

When Shine descended on his hometown after his win in the Bigg Boss House, he was paraded in an open jeep throughout the town. Not only did the public cheer for him but Shine also obliged selfies with his fans.

Talk about the advantage of winning a big show like Bigg Boss!
