Well, it was a social media post put out by KGF actor and Radhika's husband Yash which led to all the speculation. Yash who compared the Karnataka government's new lockdown rules to those imposed by his wife Radhika was seen holding Radhika and placing three of his fingers facing his forehead. This led fans to believe that Yash was hinting at the arrival of a 3rd child.

However, Radhika Pandit soon rubbished the rumours and put all speculation to rest by assuring the fans that she is not pregnant.
