Suriya to romance young heroine

Actor Suriya is keeping himself busy this year by lining up three releases. First of them is NGK, which is directed by Selva Raghavan. It is gearing up for the release on May 31st. then, he will release his next Kaappaan in August. This movie is being directed by KV Anand.

Recently, Suriya also launched another film, with director Sudha Kongara. Apparently, it is a biopic of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath. Sudha roped in twenty-three-year-old Malayalam actress, Aparna Balamurali, to play the female lead in this film. Many wondered why Sudha roped in her, considering the fact that she is much younger to Suriya and also a new face.

But, it seems that Sudha was searching for a girl to play the role of Gopinath's wife and found Aparna as the perfect fit. Thus, she immediately signed her up for the film. The movie is being produced by Suriya himself under his banner 2D Entertainments. Guneet Monga is co-producing it under her banner Shikya Entertainments.
