Aha Goofs Up On Megastar, Says Sorry To Chiru Fans
Tollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi's fans number runs into millions. He is a demigod for most of his fans. But a Telugu OTT has drawn the wrath of Chiranjeevi fans and later also apologised to them by rectifying its mistake.
A Telugu OTT by name "Aha" has been making the headlines over the last few weeks. A talk show titled 'SamJam' which is being hosted by Telugu actor Samantha Akkineni has become very popular among viewers and made the platform famous. Many actors like Megastar Chiranjeevi, Vijay Devarakonda, Tamannaah Bhatia, Rana Daggubati and other stars have participated in this talk show.
Recently, Tollywood actor Allu Arjun too had come on this show. To promote this episode, the channel is said to have telecast some promos through OTT platforms on social media. In one of those promos they had addressed Allu Arjun as 'Megastar' which instigated Chiranjeevi fans who targeted and trolled 'Aha' channel and Samantha Akkineni including Allu Arjun on social media objecting to this.
The "Aha" channel which at last went on a damage control mode, apologized after rectifying its mistake. "We have come so far because of your love. This mistake has happened unintentionally. We tender our apologies to all those who got offended by this mistake," thus stated the OTT channel on social media.
It has further added to state "There is only one Megastar in the whole cinema industry. Needless to state who is that star." It appears Chiranjeevi fans are pacified by these statements from "Aha" makers.
