Gripping tale of a goon

Seasoned star Venkatesh launched the trailer of Vishwak Sen's debut directorial, 'Falaknuma Das', was released, few days ago. The 120 seconds trailer doesn't reveal the plot much but introduces some characters in the movie.

Apart from Vishwak Sen in lead role, the film also stars Saloni Misra, Harshita Gaur, Prashanthi Charuoli.

'Falaknuma Das' is the remake of the Malayalam hit 'Angamaly Diaries' and the trailer hints at the story in the remake being true to the original.

It shows Vishwak's character being inspired by a local goon named Shankar as a child and wanting to have a gang, just like him. He goes on to form a gang with his friends, getting in squabbles. The trailer sees director Tharun Bhascker playing the role of a police officer.

The trailer also shows how Vishwak's character sets up a mutton shop in Falaknuma, with him and his shop both getting into trouble due to his deeds. Vishwak Sen is seen in two different looks – that of a clean shaved college student and a bearded adult.
