Tasteful director Chandra Siddarth, who made heart-wrenching movie 'Aa Naluguru' and a soft love story 'Madhumasam,' is reportedly planning a women-centric film with Malayalam and Telugu actress Nithya Menen.

"The actor-director duo are in talks for a path-breaking women-centric movie with a refreshing plot, but nothing has been finalized yet," says a source.

Actually, Chandra Siddarth is going through a lean trot and was just waiting for an exciting script to make a comeback of sorts since his last release 'Aatagadharaa Siva' won critical acclaim but tanked at the box office.

"Chandra Siddarth is eager to bounce back into limelight and he has realized the changing tastes of Telugu audience, who are patronizing content-driven movies and feels that it is right time to wield the megaphone once again," the source adds.

Similarly, talented Nithya Menen, who became popular in T-town, with her sterling performance in films like 'Ala Modalaindi,' 'Ishq,' 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde' and 'Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju,' was last seen in a cameo in 'Geeta Govindam.'

"She is also looking for meaty roles because her taste for good cinema is well known," the source points out.

Already, director Chandra Siddarth has made a lady-oriented film 'Idhi Sangathi' with B-town actress Tabu in 2008 and planning to explore the psyche of a woman once again.
