Prabhas, Krish to join hands?

Reigning star Prabhas is reportedly planning to team up with tasteful director Krish for a big budget flick, if everything falls in place.

"Prabhas had a couple of meetings with Krish and both discussed few story ideas, but nothing is finalised yet," says an industry source and adds "Krish met Prabhas even before the release of 'Saaho' and expressed his willingness to make a big budget action extravaganza and Prabhas also evinced interest," he adds.

In fact, director Krish, has gained expertise in action sagas as he made Hindi movies like 'Gabbar' and 'Manikarnika' and Telugu film 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' and could be thinking of doing a 'historical epic' by casting 'Bahubali' star in a warrior role, adds the source.

Whereas, Prabhas who expanded his pan-India appeal with 'Saaho' could be looking to work with a director, who understands the taste of Hindi film viewers.

Probably, 'Mirchi' star wants to work with a Telugu director, who has a B-town connect, rather than working with a regular Hindi film director because his next movie has to cater to Telugu as well as Hindi movie buffs.

Right now, Prabhas is busy prepping for his role in his upcoming romantic film with director Radhakrishna(RK). He will be wooing glam diva Pooja Hegde in this period drama set in pre-Independence era.
