We Can't Stop Big Boss: Court Dismissed The Petition Against the Program
The court dismissed the petition filed against the Big Boss. It made clear that TV shows are concerned with freedom of expression and said that they could not interfere in this matter. In his petition, the producer Kethi Reddy Jagadeshwar Reddy asked the court to stop broadcasting the Bigg Boss program due to the objectionable elements in the program and termed it as an immoral program running without any censorship.
A bench headed by CJ Raghavendra Singh Chauhan on Monday ordered this. The court believes that the issue of children watching the program is entirely up to their parents who are supposed to take care of their kids. The court advised the petitioner to complain to TRAI if there are any objectionable or immoral material on the show.
