Why Surender Reddy wants to direct Prabhas?

Director Surender Reddy is currently working on the script of his next movie but the details about the cast is not confirmed yet. The director opened up that he wants to direct Prabhas and is still working towards impressing him with a script. Initially, Prabhas showed interest to join hands with Sye Raa director but with Saaho failure, Prabhas has become pickier and he is yet to take a decision on his next.

On the other side, there are many options for Surender Reddy but he wants to direct Prabhas alone. Surender Reddy anyhow will have to work with a star hero but all the star heroes already have commitments and they will only be available for the star director in 2021.

Surender Reddy wants to do something in 2020 and Prabhas is the only option that he has as his movie Jaan will be over by Summer.
