Microwave dhokla

Method

Mix besan with yogurt, salt, sugar, water and oil. mix well. Add eno and give a good mix. The mixture will swell up. Pour immediately on a flat microwaveable container. Microwave on high for 3-4 mins.

Prepare tempering

Heat 1 tbs oil. Add a pinch of hing, few currypatta and 1 tsp mustard seeds. As the mustard seeds stops spluttering, Add 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp sugar and bring to a boil. Pour out this mixture in to the prepared microwaved dhokla. 

Ingredients

1 cup besan

1/2 cup yogurt

1/4 cup water

1 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

1 tbs oil

1 pinch hing

1 tbs eno fruit salt
