The brainchild of celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor and Ravi Saxena - Wonderchef home appliances promotes DTH network that enables women to work as distributers as per their convenience while balancing their family and professional priorities.

Professional training is also provided under DTH network with the help of which women earn and become financially independent.

The chefs felicitated over 200 successful women entrepreneurs and leaders across the country, who are a part of DTH, (Direct-To-Home Sales Network) during a Women Entrepreneur Conference held in Hyderabad.

On asking Ravi Saxena, managing director of 'Wonderchef' about the concept of the event he said, "In Wonderchef we have many distribution channels like retail, e-commerce, but our most important channel is direct sales where in we partner with more than 60,000 women across India.

It started ten years ago. About 1,500 women join us every month.

Naturally, those with good performance become the leaders and, every year we have a conference where people who qualify with certain criteria are invited to this event and felicitated. About 300 ladies have been gathered here in the programme."

"Every year we conduct a poll amongst all the ladies asking them where they would like to go; so last year it was Goa, the previous year it was Agra and this year the women chose to come to Hyderabad.

They loved the place, they loved Charminar, and Golconda and especially the food, culture and everything else is beautiful and they loved the city."

Stating the importance of family support, Chef Ravi shares, "The entrepreneur chain that is only for women has brought lot of changes amongst women.

"This chain is only for women, but the most successful women in our chain are those whom their husband's support actively by playing the role in accounting, event management.

The men who are present here to support their wives are also Wonderchef family members."
