Do's and Don'ts for Telangana Inter exams
The Intermediate Public Examinations -2020 (IPE-2020) is all set to start from Wednesday, in which, 9,65,875 students will appear for the examinations in 1,339 examination centres.
The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) said all arrangements have been made and a total of 4,80,531 students of the first year and 4,85,345 students of the second year of the Intermediate course are appearing for the examinations.
All the major theory examinations are starting from March 4 and will conclude on March 23. The examination will be held from 8.45 am to 12 noon and students are advised to arrive at the examination centres by 8 am.
For students
♥ You can download the hall ticket from the TSBIE website at:tsbie.cgg.gov.in
♥ You are allowed to give examinations with downloaded hall tickets without the principal signature
♥ Check the correctness of name, medium and subjects appearing on the hall tickets
♥ If any discrepancy contact college principal. They can rectify the same.
♥ Reach examination hall an hour before I ie., 8 AM
♥ Fill the bio-data on the OMR sheet between 8.45 AM and 9 AM
♥ Candidates not allowed if reported after 9 AM
♥ Verify correctness of OMR Barcoded sheet for the name, subject etc. Report to invigilator if any discrepancies found.
♥ Write the correct serial number of answer bool in OMR sheet Part-1 and Part-II
♥ Pinning of the wrong bar-coded sheet will lead to the wrong declaration of results
♥ Check stitched answer book containing 24 pages
♥ Handover the answer scripts and take back your hall ticket from the invigilator.
♥ Use blue or black pen only. Put your signature on answer book number on photo identity sheet
♥ Write The End after completing answering all the questions in the answer book.

♥ You can lodge a complaint with the online grievance redressal system 24X& at bigrs.telangana.gov.in
♥ You can reach out to the helplines established in the district headquarters.
♥ Students can access student counsellor help for examination related stress at Dr Anitha, on the mobile no 7337225803 and similar help is available at the college and district levels from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Don'ts
♥ Don't leave blank pages in the answer book.
♥ Not allowed to write your name, hall ticket number, other irrelevant material in the answer book.
♥ Do not tamper, damage the OMR Barcoded Ara, QR Code in Part-I or II or III or Answer Book. You are not allowed to write anything other than answer book number on the OMR sheet
♥ You are not allowed to carry printed/written material, cell phones, pagers, calculators or other electronic gadgets into the examination hall
♥ You face criminal cases if you resort to copying, malpractice impersonation besides debarred from the examinations For Principals/ Managements
♥ Stringent action against principals/managements, if they deny hall tickets to the students for any reason.
♥ Chief superintendents asked to allow students to write exam with downloaded hall tickets without the principal signature
Arrangements
♥ Total examination centres 1,339,chief superintendents 1,339, department officers 1,339 and invigilators 26,964
♥ 75 flying squads and 150 sitting squads and 450 custodians put in place
♥ Police/revenue officials to close down Xerox centres from 9 AM to 12 Noon nearer examination centres
♥ RTC authorities requested to provide transport to examination centres.
♥ Electricity authorities to provide an uninterrupted power supply
♥ DMHOs to provide medical aid to the students at the examination centres
♥ RJDIE and officers from the Head Office, Hyderabad deputed to the districts as observers
♥ District Examination Committee with DIEO as convenor
♥ District Level High Power Committee (HPC) headed by District Collector, SP, RJDIE, DIEO and other formed.
