IBPS PO Prelims 2019: Essential Guidelines
IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) will be conducting the IBPS PO Prelims 2019 on October 12th and13th. The details of the slots allotted to candidates are provided on the admit cards and are also available on the official website ibps.in. Here are a few essential guidelines ahead of the examination.

IBPS PO Prelims 2019: Essential Guidelines
1. Download your IBPS PO Prelims 2019 Admit Card and take a print of it. Carry the printed copy of your admit card to the examination centre.
2. Take a copy of a photo ID card and the original photo ID to the examination centre. Make sure the details provided in the photo ID match those of the admission card. If there is any inconsistency, the candidate would not be allowed to appear for the examination.
3. Please remember that you need to surrender your Call letter. You must write your Roll No. & Registration No. on the photocopy of photo identity proof that will also be submitted along with the call letter or admit card. Staple the copy of the photo ID and Admit Card together.
4. The thumb impression should be given on the admit card in front of the invigilator. In case you have already done that, it is recommended to download the admission card again and bring another copy.
5. THINGS NOT ALLOWED: Any stationary item such as text material (printed or written), pieces of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, Any communication device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc. Other items like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, Any watch/Wrist Watch, Camera, Any metallic item, Any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle, Any other item which could be used for unfair means for hiding communication devices like camera, blue tooth devices etc.
6. Keep in mind, all ornaments such as Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc. will be thoroughly checked. Candidates are advised not to wear any ornaments, unless necessary, to avoid delay at the examination centre.
7. Candidates must bring their stationery such as pencils, erasers, ballpoint pens. Calculators are not allowed. Also, paper for rough work would be provided at the examination centre. This should also be submitted at the end of the exam. Candidates cannot take them back.
In addition to the instructions above, candidates are advised to report ahead of the requested time. Any candidate who arrives after the mentioned time would not be allowed. Also, no entry would be made after the gate is closed.
