He adds, "Suddenly, all the responsibilities were on me, I did not know what I was doing with my life. Life was full of problems. All of a sudden, one day, I got a call from my school, asking whether I was interested in cooking.
Thereafter, I gave interview, got selected and I joined the 'Culinary Academy of India' at Hyderabad and completed my one-and-half craft course. I came back to Mumbai, I did my internship in Sahara Star Hotel at Vile Parle, Mumbai. After completion, I will be recruited in cruiseline as chef."
"I feel he will be the number one chef in the future. Because he learns fast and he is very clear" said Jihad, Lebanese Chef, Sahara Star, Mumbai. Dinesh wants to start his own restuarant in Mumbai.
"I want to give a message to all the people- be positive I feel like life only gives solutions to all the problems, struggles and ups and downs in life I am grateful to all those who have helped during my difficult times," concludes Dinesh.
