Hyderabad: Future skills needed to succeed in life are Digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI), which are essential to be learned along with Innovation, Leadership as well as Life Skills since digital disruptions, digitalisation and digitisation is taking place at non- linear or rapid pace, stated Indian School of Business (ISB) Director (Digital Learning) Antarpreet Singh, who interacted with eminent CEOs/ Senior Faculty, many of whom are members of the Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) in Saturday's HMA organised Management Development Programme (MDP) on 'Winning in the Digital Age' at the Hotel NKM's Grand.

Antarpreet Singh revealed that those saying that they are utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) are only at the first layer, Deep Learning, which is data structured algorithms or responding normally as programmed, and around 10 per cent of them ventured into the next layer, Machine Learning, where algorithms think and develop learning of their own, but Singh reiterated that the higher layer, Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), which is a replica of human brain, is being explored and would be ready in 20 years

Singh stressed that there is need for leadership in fostering Man-Machine collaborations for quickly transforming to meet the changing customer needs not only for their fulfilment but also ensuring their delights by continuously experimenting or achieving on newer recipes, which would make differences. While HMA Secretary Mahesh Kumar Soma conducted the proceedings, all participants interacted actively.
