Healthy Mind, Healthy Nation programme gets underway

Hyderabad: Dr. A.K. Khan, Advisor, Government of Telangana on Minority Affairs launched "Healthy Mind, Health Nation" programme of Aster Prime Hospitals, Ameerpet at Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy. He advised students to plan their work and master time management and told them to acquire new skills, take part in outdoor games, sports and other physical activities, practice meditation etc to avoid stress related disorders.

Dr. Johnsey Thomas, Psychologist, Aster Prime Hospitals addressed the audience about mental health and well being. He advised not to shy away from any mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, mobile addiction, substance abuse, stress etc and consult psychologists and take timely advice.
